This drawing was part of my media and art research, exploring Harold Lasswell’s Hypodermic Needle Theory (1920s) - the idea that media can directly influence and shape public perception. I focused on how people are often portrayed in news and charity imagery, questioning how these visuals can guide empathy and reinforce certain narratives.
